Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits

The 20% deposit collected at booking is non-refundable. It compensates for the scheduled time slot reserved exclusively for you and the products allocated to your service.

Rescheduling

Reschedule with 48 or more hours of notice at no cost — your deposit transfers to the new appointment. Reschedules within 48 hours forfeit the deposit; a new deposit is required to rebook.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted any time but deposits are not refunded. Same-day no-shows are billed in full.

Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the finished work, notify us before we leave and we will correct the issue on the spot. Refunds on completed services are issued at our sole discretion.
