Terms of Service

By booking a service with Onyx Auto Detailing, you agree to these terms.

Booking & Payment

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining 80% balance is due upon completion of the service. By signing the digital agreement at checkout, you legally commit to paying the full balance.

Service Conditions

You must provide a safe workspace with reasonable access. We reserve the right to decline service for vehicles with biohazards, hazardous materials, or unsafe conditions, in which case the deposit may be refunded at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Onyx Detailing carries commercial insurance. Pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, and wear-and-tear discovered during service are documented but are not the responsibility of Onyx Detailing.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
